FIRST Robotics
FIRST Robotics is a global program that inspires students to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through hands-on robotics challenges. Since 1989, FIRST has empowered students to innovate, problem-solve, and collaborate by building robots to compete in real-world scenarios. Teams of students, mentored by professionals, design, build, and program robots to solve a unique challenge each year. The competition builds technical skills like engineering and coding, along with teamwork, leadership, and communication. FIRST Robotics is more than just a competition—it’s a movement encouraging creativity, resilience, and lifelong learning. Students from elementary through high school participate in local events, regional competitions, and global championships, forming lasting relationships and becoming part of a community dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. FIRST Robotics is about inspiring the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers!
